GST Registration is required if your taxable turnover exceeds Rs.20 lakhs (Rs.40 Lakhs from 1/4/2019) in any financial year or if you are into inter-state supply or goods and services. Every Business Establishments are required to obtain separate registration under respective State Shop and Establishment Act and Rules within 30 days of starting the business. This is a state specific mandatory registration for all the business and establishments.

Every business is required to maintain the books of accounts of all receipts payments and to comply the Income Tax Compliance such as Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) and Advance Tax Payments from time to time.
